POG, I'm trying to sort out rim sizes for my 74 Six Day. I've recently acquired several akront rims, 3 of which are still mounted on Penton std. full hubs. I've got 3 sizes (width). The orig. Radaelli's appear to be WM0, front & rear? Or are they WM1's? From the akronts there are a couple fronts that are WM2's, I think, and the best one of the bunch that I'd like to use (front) appears to be a WM3. I can never get rim sizes correct, I know WM2's are 1.85 wide and WM1's are 1.60. Would this nice WM3 be too big for my front end? It's already on a Penton full front hub with a 3.00 Trellborg on it. I'm curious since the Radaelli's are so narrow. (I may have the WM sizes all wrong here??). Do the larger bore Pentons use a wider front rim? Any info. would be appreciated. Thanks,

For the CMF bikes the front is WM 1 and the rear is WM 2, I believe.

For the 175 and up machines, the rear is WM 3.

Thanks Tony, that's what I'm thinkin'. However, I've got two WM2 Penton fronts - is WM2 too wide for a 125 or did these come off a bigger bore bike?  Thanks,

Chris
