Steel Tanker Torque Engineering Pipe for sale

I have a Torque Engineering pipe that fits a Sachs motored Steel Tanker for sale.  It shows alot of surface rust, has a split in the header pipe, and a pretty large group of pin holes in one spot and a single hole in another.  Also a half a walnut sized dent by the Torgue lable.  See pictures here:
