Piston Part Number

I was given some pistons today by a friend of mine. Can someone tell me what the following part number fits? It is 63.75mm, but I can't find the number in any of my parts books.

52-30.007.510

Shane what you have is a KTM 1979 175  1st over piston. If you don't have a use for it,I would be interested in it. Hope this will help Gary

I will have to get with him tomorrow to see what he wants for it. I bought my Jackpiner and MC5 from him a while back and he just found these in his stuff. I told him I would find out what they were and would let him know if I was interested in them. I don't have a use for it and neither does he.
I also have a 64.0mm piston as well that appears to be a Wiseco brand piston with the same pin height (no part number except for a "W" on the bottom.
I will let you know more tomorrow.
