If for some reason you don't sell the entire package, I am interested in the spare (orange) tank. I have a motocross DKW with a dented tank. Is there a "fork dent" on the right side of the tank. It is hard to tell from the picture. Thanks.

Hello yes they both have dents the red one has a very shallow fork dent on the left side (not realy in the chrome you could fill it and paint would cover that blemish) but the tank attach points would need to be repaired. The gold one has a dent from the fork on the right side and would have to be pulled. I think I have a Yellow tank that is perfect in my shed I also have frames, earls forks, air filter assy, hubs, foot brake levers,seat assy,lots of brush guards, misc parts,etc. I would be looking for Penton stuff I am also interested in trade+paying for a 70's Puch 125-175 or a Zundapp. Thanks ed

Yellow? I have never seen a yellow DKW tank. If it is a "toaster" style with no dents, I would be interested. You can email me at [email protected] if you have pictures or more information. Most of my Penton parts are for the JP and most of them I want to keep at this point.
