MId -Ohio VMX Race Schedule ?

Can anyone explain what the VMX race schedule is usually like? The information I have states that the races start at 9:45 AM etc. but no mention of practice sessions or an actual breakdown of the classes and times.

The gates open at 7:00AM with registration and I suppose tech inspection between then and 9:45. When do you get some practice laps?

First race in a long time jitters!

no worries randy, they generally have three or four sessions of practice immediately following the riders meeting. which i would expect to be around 8:30.  relax and have fun. you'll be hooked bad by this time next month.  vintage racing is extremely addicting, and it sounds like you are well on your way to joining the rest of us addicts.    chi jer

One thing you will notice is a mature group or riders out there that for the most part watch out for each other especially during practice. Only a few are crazy and dangerous.[B)]
