Hi Poggers,  My plug insert left me stranded [V] for the last time @ a Harescramble on Sunday and I was wondering if the earlier 74-75 250 cylinder heads were the same ??
I got plenty of the earlier 250 motors, but none of the 76 motor parts for spares. I also dont have the PN for the earlier cylinder heads.

The cyl head changed numbers for 76 and 77.  Was 54 30 006 000, changed to 54 30 106 100 MC and 54 30 006 100 GS??  You could cc the heads you have.  If same just may be fin cutting differences.

Raymond,
I will look and see what I have...but I think the only thing I have left in KTM parts is some old cases that Kip didn't want:).

Raymond,
  I have a 54 30 006 000 and not the later head.

MIke, my book says the PN is 54.30.106.100 and the interchangeable
PN is 54.30.006.000.  I'm not sure what you mean when to "CC" the heads ?
I guess I should get out in the garage and start visually comparing the heads.    I think they do have a PN stamped right on them ?
