Anyone use the Radaelli rims Walridge sells, at least the front on a steel tanker? Can you use the stock spokes and nipples. Everything I searched out on the forum seamed to be about the cmf bikes.

The only thing I dont like about the Radelli's is where they weld it together.  I have a rough time getting the run out radialy or longitudinally out.
Is it just me ?? or is there a way to get that "hop" out ??

How much "hop" are we talking??  I've had the same problems with some Aluminium rims from Buchanans. Just get it as close as you can.

The last one  I trued up had a .030 blip to it. (last week) I thought okay, that wont matter.  I got 3 bikes with 6 of these rims on them, and every dam one of them has that  blip to it, where the weld is.
I guess it wouldn't really be noticeable going 22 mph with mud and weeds all over it.
Its just wicked obvoius sitting on the truing stand, or the bike stand.
The Suns and Akrons arent this way.

It may "look" bad on the stand, but the tire will off set some of that also.

So wont the mud, but its still there, and noticeable.
