found 74.5 400

hey guys i located a 74.5 400 enduro penton looks complete the things that stick out to me are its need a seat cover new exhaust pipe as the one on it has been reworked some one painted the frame white i am not interested in this bike he wants $1500 for it is this to much or can i make a buck or two on it  yes it runs and shifts fine. any thoughts on this ?  thanks dave   when in doubt gas it

I woukd think this is a little high for the bike. If it needs a pipe,price of a pipe can be 150.00 to 300.00. Seat cover 40.00 then it has to be installed. Frame painted and bike disasembled. If you do this thanks yourself not to bad, but having someone else could get costly. Just my two cents. Later Gary
