Forks for a 75 Mint 400

Can you please assist in advising the actual manufacturer of the forks for this vintage of machine.  And, if you would, confirm possibly that the outside-diameter of the fork tubes are 35mm, please.

They should be made by Ceriani and should have a tube diameter of 35mm.
