68 penton rear brakes

Hey guy's, it looks like I'm missing a part or two for the rear brakes. I just don't know what I'm missing, or, what it or they even look like. I'm thinking it's a spring of some kind and a holder/guide thingy for the brake rod. Does anyone have any of these parts for sale?
I'm really hoping these pictures will be posted.

All you need is two "half cylinders" roughly 3/8 inch long with a hole in the middle. The brake rod goes through the hole, and one half cylinder goes on the spring side of the brake arm, and the other on the adjusting nut side.

Isn't the one "half cylinder" already on the adjusting nut?

Rick take the nut off, of the brake rod. Slide it through the hole in your brake arm. Rethread the nut on the rod that is all you need to do. Hope this will help Later Gary

I think it needs the 2 half moon collars that have a hole in each for the rod to pass thru.

  I have seen various diffent set ups, but the original (?) 1968 100 Bershire V799 that I own, is set up with a barrel spacer that fits in the brake arm and has one half moon on the back side.  If you would like me to send you a picture just email me off this site.

After checking the 68ST parts manual, looking at my 68ST and looking at your pictures it appears you are missing two parts. First missing item is 1 ea. shoe (part # 6-8.000). This is the half moon shaped collar with a hole in the center that was decribed in the earlier posts. The second item missing is 1 ea. spring (part # 6-26.000). The spring goes on the backing plate and hooks to the rear brake arm. If you send me an email I'll take pictures of my bike so you can see what it should look like.
