Decal for Wassell

Does anyone know of where I can get a decal for r.h. side plate, it is shape of a shield & reads " Penton U.S. Trophy Team Gold Metal Winner 46th International Six Day Trials ".  Colors are red, white, & blue. Thanks for any help.  Probably should have posted this in wanted forum.
