100 cc Sachs Liner Installation

Who can install a nos 100cc liner in a bare 100 cc cylinder, clean up the ports and perform porting work and head milling.  I would like to use the Carl Cranke specs, that I have, as I have a METTCO pipe that was fabbed for the CC specs?
