Haven't been on here in ages. Too many bikes (my wife's opinion, not mine) and too many forums.

ANyway, two of my bikes are going in a Museum. The Midland, MI Dow Museum and center for the Performing Arts is kind of copying what Guggenheim did with their motorcycle show. THe are having a two or three month long showing of motorcycles over this winter of unique, custom, or classic motorcycles.

Last Nov., I filled out the applications for entrants and sent along the required 8x10 color glossies of a couple of my bikes. Figured what the heck, its winter, I'm not going to be doing anything with them, might as well see if they were interested in them so other people could enjoy them.

Just got a phone call from the museum.

My 1971 Penton 125 Six-day adn the 1964 Honda RC174 GP replica I built have both been accepted to be on display for their version of the "Art of the Motorcycle".

SO any of you northeners in the vicinity of the mitten get tired of teh snow and need a good dose of bikes this winter, check out the Museum.
