USVMX is doing fine out on the West Coast.......AHRMA SW has a lot of room to grow :)

Victor

Memorial Day weekend the USVMX Series comes to Missouri for MOVMX's 100th race.  Memorial Day weekend races in Greenwood Missouri often brings 300 plus riders.  How many AHRMA Nationals draw as big?

Merlin ...O'Yeah ! lets bring this topic up again ! Woody did his thing .  There should be a positive subject  you can come up with . You are full of bad vibes.:) LG

Larry,

The Brad Lackey Vintage National weekend drew 300+ each day and I believe Chehalis has over 400 entries each year. Diamond Don's had 250+ entries each day, so AHRMA still draws at the big venues.

USVMX will have great turnouts in MO and at Washougal (should be 400+ P-V entries alone).

People still want to race with all the great orgs around the country when we can get past all the bull**** and ride our old bikes.

Racing the "FaltaNator" in 2009

I gotta jump in again and say, as I have contemplated this discussion, I had an epifany, over the last bunch of years, no matter what it was called or what name it went by, I have had some really neat experiences, met cool people and made some life long friends.  Seems as though enough guys and gals get together at the events and alway go away winners !   ;)

Hope you all have received the same gift.  :D

The whole thing is pretty cool.

Very true, Victor.  I will have to remember that in the heat of argument more often.  Racing is a lot like religeon for me.  I love the people and the pure basic idea.  I just often don't like what organizations do with it.

Well Mike, I was just curious where the results were for the ACR Budds Creek event. I am a bit surprised on the  ACR web site they don't mention anything about the USVMX classes considering the turnout ACR had for the event. I would think somewhere the USVMX entry count and results would have been mentioned.

Jay you make a great point, the events you mention do have outstanding turnouts, on their own.

LG, don't confuse curiousity with support, good vibes or not ;).

Larry, that is an interesting comparison... but being in the church for most of my life, from pastor to janitor, I certainly understand.. the bottom line is humans will always be humans...
