A little help

Could someone check out E bay #  300340995267 and give me their opinion??  Someone in that area could check it out possibly???  thx

She is pretty rough but might be good for parts.  Would be nice to know which motor it has and whether it turns or sparks.  It has some jap front wheel on it, I think.  Not the right one and the shock mounts on the swingarm are not the stock setup.  Not sure if it has been changed or is a different one.  Looks like it has been out in the weather.  That is not a lot of help but just another eye looking at pics.
