OK, just received my vendor info for Mid Ohio, who all is coming this year?  Roll Call, what are you bringing?:D  Don't forget it is a Husqvarna featured marque and Malcom Smith is the Grand Marshall.  Bring that "On Any Sunday" video for autographs!

I ran this by Paul, in the AMA of '05 video, which helped celebrate John's 80th birthday, the members gathered 80 bikes together. This year is John's 85th birthday, do you think we can gather 85 bikes at Mid Ohio?? I know it's a tall order, but given the time till M/O, you've got time to make plans. Sound good??

Who knows, maybe Malcolm will stop by for cake...

Do Husky's count?  Since Mr Penton campaigned on them as well as Pentons![:p]

John Penton told stories about his 1964 Husky which was at the AMA Museum in Ohio.  It is always fun listening to the stories John Penton tells.  Sometimes, it sounds like the story happened yesterday.  Those memories must be really vivid in his mind!

The McCullough clan is planning to be well represented at VMD again this year. Not sure what bikes we will be bringing this time but you can bet a few Pentons will make it there in our trailers. Looking forward to it already so see you there !!

I hope to have my trick hybrid ready for Mid-Ohio.  It is a 1977 (I believe) KTM CC chassis with a Sachs engine.   Ooops, I may have spoiled the surprise!  Anyway, it's the chassis with 200 mm Cerianni forks and the multi-position FMS and layed down position rear shocks.  Joe

oh heck seeing you asked, I'll go. Not sure what bike to wear though? I hate to wash the mud off of any of them. Thats it, a muddy blue one with a shiny head light. It does have chrome rims and buddy pegs too...

Here's a couple of videos from the 2009 event to get you in the mood.  First one is primarily of the swap meet.  The POG group featured at 2 min, 50 secs in.  The second features some great footage of Cory and his champoinship form.
