Jeff,Your intentions and way of doing business are noble indeed.If you pass one of us a good deal that's neat,and i know you to be a fair and honest man.It looks to be a good bike to keep in the "family" too.I just checked and it sits at $810 so maybe the market is deciding the price(hasn't met reserve yet).There is one out here in the Phoenix area in about the same shape but no lights for 1200 and he has had it for sale for months.I'd bet if he put a 1200 buy it now on this one we are talking about it would have been gone by now and he'd have made a tidy and fair profit.Like i said using the original owners ad from Craigs List and representing himself as the original owner on Ebay is just dirty pool in my book,no matter how much the bike sells for.Hope you took no offense to my comment-i have nothing against low priced Pentons:D.

It's back on eBay for $1750 buy-it-now.  Nice to know (according to the ad) that he's never had to re-bore or re-ring it in all the time he's owned it (what, all of 3 weeks?)  I'm just sayin....

Sometimes, folks need a little prodding to do the right thing. I sent the seller a question, we will see if and how he answers it,

"HI, Nice Penton, I had one like it back in the 70's right after I got out of high school that my brother still ownes after I bought a 74 250 Hare Scrambler, which I still own. How long have you personally owned this bike? Thanks, Mike Winter Newton IL."
