A few years back Al Buehner sold pipe shrouds to replace the rolled end of crushed pipes.  He presently has them listed as discontinued.  Here is the link to what he had:  http://www.pentonpartsusa.com/4b%203%20sachs%20exhaust.htm
Any chance anyone is sitting on one of these they could part with? I have plenty of stuff to trade or cash.  Working on a 74 Six Day and have a couple of pipes but ends of both are pretty much hosed.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin

I have the drawings for making the ends for the 125's and 175's.  I will be gone for a couple weeks and when I get back, I will send you info on what I have available.  Send me an email to remind me of what you want.

I was able to get one for my 175 from these guys in Italy:

http://www.pillondorino.com/

I don't read Italian, so Parmabike from Florida helped out and ordered it for me:

Guys,

Thanks for the leads on Parmabike and Pillondorino looks like they have some really nice stuff.   Yesterday afternoon I figured I had nothing to lose by trying to salvage this pipe and ended up carefully cutting it into pieces, next using an anvil, lots of heat from the torch and a soft hammer I was able to salvage the both crushed pieces.   Today I will put it back on the bike a piece at a time,  tack it in place, then pull it off the bike an weld it up.  The individual pieces look really good so I am hopeful the finished product will as well.

Rocket, I am definitely interested in getting a copy of the drawings you have for making up the shrouds.  I'd like to be able to make a couple up and have them tucked away for future projects.

Thanks again,

Kevin
