250 Harescrambler problem

My problem is when I make elevation changes or hills my bike starts to blubber , replaced the needle jet, the jet needle the pilot the float and even changed the float level no matter what I change the problem is always the same the bike starts on the first or second kick I did not try changing the timing or checking the ignition or coil 74 250 Harescrambler 45 pilot 283 jet needle middle clip it acts like it is flooding out ant ideas will be helpful:(:(

Check your float needle and seat to make sure that the float is shutting off the gas supply. The brass needle tips get a "wear" line on them eventually, preventing them from shutting off the flow.

Also, what type of float do you have - white foam, black foam, or transparent bubble?

UPDATE:  Exhaust plugged up needs new fiberglass run like a new machine
