Penton Trials tank stickers

I just picked up a Penton Trials and will also be needing a set of tank logo's when I start to restore it later this year. My son owns a graphics business for Powersports and I had planned to have him make some up. If you find an existing set from one of our POG members we can easily duplicate them with some modern UV resistant materials. Otherwise we will do it the hard way by scanning and hand drawing it from the faded logo on the tank.

We recently made some of the hard to find italicized version Six-Day tank logos for the early Steel Tankers that  Al B. now has in stock. Al provided us with an original set of logos and we were able to recreate exact copies of the originals. The letters on the Six-Day tank logo are all individually cut out just like the original.

I contacted Roberto quite some time ago and he was in the process of having some made up.  They were very nice reproductions as are all the items he offers on Ebay.  I will send him another email and post the results.

I've had two replies from Poggers regarding Penton Trials tank logo's. Randy Kirkbride is mailing his only remaining sample so we can duplicate them. It sounds like there are two versions. One with and without lines under the Penton name.

I have Mud-Lark stickers being made that were used on some side covers. I have a 197- something trials that is original out of the box. It has  a decal on the tank that is dated 1973, its blue and has a Crown with 'Queens award' under it. Dave

Sorry for the late answer but I have been traveling in Italy at the moment
I have been trying to have the stickers reproduced again without much luck.
The person who makes them is having hard time to find the correct chromed material

If I will be able to remake them I will let you know

With assistance from Ron Carbaugh and Randy Kirkbride we have reproduced the Chrome / Foil Tank Decals for the Penton Trials bikes. These reproduction are very well done and true to the originals.
