Jackpiner frame paint, tool bag clamps

Hi All,
Three questions today....
#1 I need to touch up my frame (73 Jackpiner), what "spray bomb" is closest or maybe exact? #2 What are the correct clamps to use for the tool bag mount over the rear fender? #3 What engine paint should I use on my '76 250 MC5?

I like Duplicolor DAL1679 Lacquer spray for both frame and engine followed by Spraymax 2K 3680061 Urethane professional push button clear coat spray, which is more durable and gas resistant. I previously used Duplicolor DE1650 Ceramic for it, but after experiencing the problems associated with application restrictions with weather (humidity) and exacting time of application between coats and clear coating often causing wrinkling together with fuel damaging the finish I switched to the much more forgiving Lacquer DAL1679. You can use any Clear coat, even Lacquer, but the SpraxMax, although expensive at $17-18 a can and needs to be used within 48 hours after activated, the finish is super nice, easy to apply, and fuel resistant.
