No, front WM1 1.60, rear WM2 1.85.  300x21" front, 350x18" rear.  Have fun!

Rich Fredette

Odd then. Mine has a mongrel aluminum front at 21x1.60 and a rusted out Radaelli in rear at 18x1.60 - - which I ass-umed was the original rim, stock specs not in parts manual. Replacing with new repro and Walridge sent 1.60+1.85, so they are correct?

Yes.  Stick with the 3:50 x 18" rear (stock size)or you will have to cut knobs off the right side to clear the chain guard if using the 4:00 x 18.  I just had to do that on a CMF 73 6 Day for a guy.

Rich Fredette

Wonder how/where my rusted 18 x 1.60 came to be?

Thanks for that info, yes new factory style guard will be in place.

gooddirt

The 1972 175 had the 1.85 with  cross two spokes , most 1973 I have run across have the same rim as the 125 with cross three, make sure you have the 175 sprocket/cush drive

gooddirt

175's did not come with a 3.50, they had a wide 4.00.

Rich Fredette

Yes, cushion drive. Manual calls for 36 "A" spoked 3.00x21 and 4.00x18. The existing 1.60 18" Radaelli still baffles me; anyone want it for cost of shipping?
