I'm chasing some timing specs for a 78 KTM400gs if any one can help.

Not sure if it's exactly the same, but technical bulletin dated 4/79, that superseded bulletin dated 12/78 list the timing of 400 KTM to be 2.2-2.3mm before top dead center. Mike
