Picture posting?

Please bear with me.

How the heck do I post pics?

I tried the little 'insert image' icon at the top of the message entry field with no luck.

I want to show my 74 Jack Piner.

I would like to know how accurate it's restoration is.

I received as is and I want it historically accurate.

I can't do it so I won't tell you how! But if you do a search on ithere, it has been discussed a lot. Most guys host the photos somewhere else and it's linked to the site. Mike Winter is really good at it and will chime in. There has been some changes out in the net on the hosting thing and a solution was found recently and you should be able to dig that up.

Robert, Do you have a Facebook page? If so, you can post it there on the POG page also.....

Basically you need to have your pictures link copied from a web hosting site. Previously I used Photobucket but have not posted since the change in that site. From the hosting site the link can be copied and then pasted in your text to allow the pictures to appear.

I do have a Facebook page. It's called RivCycle. I tried posting a pic to POG without success. It wouldn't allow me to search for POG. I think it's due to it being a 'business' page and not personal. Could one of you search for it on Facebook? My Jack Piner is in the cover photo. I must add my page is in conjunction with my eBay store. I want you to know I'm not in here for business, just the preservation and restoration of my Penton. Thanks.

Hosting sites such as photo book have a set of links for each picture that you can copy and then go to this site type in your text and paste that link into that text and your picture will appear within that text.

How do we post pictures?
Tried to copy with no joy. Not on Instabook or Facegram.

The fix is given in the post prior to yours.  If you already have a bucket of pix offsite and online, you're halfway home. In short, you have to get "on" something....I use Dropbox:
