Mikuni carb should I run on a 175 Jackpiner? Also anyone have jetting for this to get me started? I do have a Mikuni 28mm flatslide carb available.  Too small?

Too small and if you ever want to compete in Vintage races it is not legal.  I think 32mm is optimum but 30 and 34 have been done.  I think you lose some top with the 30 and some bottom with the 34. My two cents.  The Bing by the way flows more in the same size however.
