Well no responses for shift quadrant or cases?
I guess next step is get them repaired...
Is the forum working for ya'll or is Facebook the only thing folks look at?

Scott,
Only thing I have for a 250 is a 76 model bottom end. Rod is stuck most likely from just sitting for a long time. Some light corrosion on magneto side and a few broken fins on bottom of cases. Sorry, no shift quadrant. If you're interested just send me an email. It's my screen name here and add @cox.net to the end.
