Sachs sleeve replacement?

I've changed a lot of sleeves on Japanese machines, usually drop right out after heating them up. Not having any success heating this Berkshire cylinder. Am I missing something?

Cast iron or aluminum cylinder? Cast iron does not have a liner. The aluminum should be able to press it out with heat. The liner needs to be frozen the cylinder heated to replace.
