Steel Tank 125-Six Day

Greetings; I commend you guys on your Penton site! i presently ride Huskies and have not found a site as informative on those bikes as yours for Pentons!
I have aquired a penton of unkown year! It has a V5155 on steering stem. Green metal tank with white side coves. What is it? At one time it had 125 Six Day on tank.
