Rain Man

Hey Thomas, I'm 47 y/o hard as a rock,  What do I do, Sundays riding day all year long.  Ride my Mud Diggers, Snowmobiles, Down Hill skis,etc...  saturdays, cut wood, plant crops, shuffle hay, up down up down,muck the stalls, Work on my JUnk Yard.  Monday thru Friday,work @ someone else junk yard, weightlift with hydraulic pumps, electric motors, 4 foot ball screws, practice wrist exercises with 3lbs hammers, 4 foot x 2" pipes, all this at any formidable angle that would/could/ will pull your bone structures apart if not done correctly.  I can DNF an 100 mile enduro, just getting lost !!! ( flat tires:()  Take the Advil before you ride, then after, Drink too much water and put the 12 ounce pain killers to ya !!  Oh ya,Monkey Butt,(can I say that) I got a cure for that problem too.:)
