I have a 1976 250 and it has been 10 yrs since I have raced and I am now 46 yrs young. With that being said does anyone know what class I would be in and what do I need to do to get tickets and getting signed up for the event? I have Marzocchi front forks and rear shocks and I have a 19#$ cycl. that has a reed cage.I didn't plan it that way it just happened I swear!!!!

Hi Thomas,
Unless your 'Zokes are unusually long in travel, you will be in the Post-Vintage Historic class.  I think front fork travel is limited to 9" in that class.  Mid-Ohio is pre entry only, so get an entry form off the AHRMA website and send it in early.  I know you can get tickets at the gate, but I'm not sure if they cost more.  Anybody know for sure?

To enter the AHRMA national, you need to send in the entry form no later than June 25. There is NO post entry for Mid-Ohio. The entry form can be printed from this site: http://www.ahrma.org/forms/entry_pvmx.htm

See you there!!!

It has been a couple of years since I raced Mid-Ohio, so this may have changed, but, your AHRMA entry used to include admission for two (yourself and crew) for the weekend. This made it a far and away better deal than simply showing up and paying the weekend admission...even if you didn't ride, I suppose.

Hey guys I am very new to this vintage scene and POG I would like to come to Mid-Ohio to watch and get the bug to race some vintage races.I was wondering is this place ok for a 9 year old boy he loves bikes but I don't want to bore him to death.A little input would be helpful.

Bobby,
I believe I have bought parts from you in the past.  The scene at Mid-Ohio is in my opinion very good for children of your sons age.  There is plenty of racing of all types (Moto X, RoadRacing, Trials and even an auction).  The POG setting is always a buz of activity and many people to visit with and meet.  We have a meeting on Saturday evening so bring lawn chairs.
The activity is at its best if you like old bikes and the parts that is needed to restore them.  You can go to the AMA site and obtain more info.  Any other info you need just ask on this site.
