Thanks for the replies, The mystery engine is a Fuji.  Bad news for me as finding parts has become a real Bear(no pun intended).  If anyone has a Hodaka, Fuji, or Sachs 100cc engine for sale, please let me know.  Or if someone knows how compatible the Hodaka and Fuji motors were, I'd sure like to talk with you.  Thanks in advance, Bearman

Contact Paul Stannard at Strictly Hodaka about engine parts. I may be wrong, but I thnk that the Hodaka 100cc engine was built under license from Fuji. They look nearly identical in many respects from the outside.

I too believe that the Hodaka and Fuji were the same.  I think the motor in that bike was basically a Ace 100 motor.  This is if my rememberer is right.
