Imagine it's back in the day and you have the kind of disposable income you now earn. Couple that with a fresh Hi-Point Catalog in hand....what would you wish for??

Mine would be a brand new 1975 Jackpiner, Hi-Point tool bag and boots

Dennis Jones

I'll take a 77 175 GS6 [:p]

I'll take my college days back with a little more clarity in vision!  ;)

Hmm...  1977 ..

1) a day hanging out with Dick Burleson, watching him ride through trees 26 inches wide with his bars cut to 28 inches wide and no bark busters.

2) My first bike - a 77 Penton 250 - and keeping it instead of getting a 81 KTM WR250, even though I wish I had that bike back too, despite it throwing me over the bars and then running over me and breaking my ankle in a zillion pieces when it hit me as we tumbled down the trail.

3) To be able to ride all the enduro nationals and all the SE&TRA events in 1977 - as in those days... 100 mile enduros were the norm and man..we had fun.

That would have to be new Pentons for me, my three sons and my wife and the time to ride. Yes, she learned to ride my 54 BSA 500 single. what a handful at 425 pounds ready for Jackpine. She was happy when I got a new 58 NSU Maxi 175 cc from Penton Bros. MC.
Memories! Arn't they great? And we'er making new ones everyday in POG!

I would have to buy a leftover goldtanker 250 or an early red 250,a6pack of hi point concentrate,a box of bosch golds,a new jersey and the new style boots, and a set of trick magura dogleg sixday levers with the orange starwheels, heck I'd just buy both models and the goodies!!!;)

firstturn

A brand new 1973 Berkshire 100, with a D cylinder (with a 100 sleeve installed) and a Roger Sanderson pipe(FMF).  Oh and I would like to pick it up at Cycle Inn in Port Arthur Texas.  Send it Attention: Jesse.[8D]

It is amazing how an event will change the outlook I have and my "Wish-List".

I wish you all get exactly what you want and then some.  For me my pile of gooodies on back porch, a 73 250 project ahead with my friend Marc B. and chance for another season.

I never had it so good!

Merry Christmas.

please update me to a 3 year member, thanks

I wish for the excitement that the catalog brought to me and the desire to share my excitement with my best friend.  I would love to once more walk through the snow to the old shop on the farm and fire up my Steel Tanker with tires equipped with automotive type studs and slowly plow my way to Augie's house through the snow where I would pull the catalog from under my shirt and we would sit together and marvel at it all.

I would make my friend an offer for his 125 Monark with a complete E.C Birt Pipe, Head and cylinder after he garaged it for an Elsinore.

How about "Peace on Earth", when we do not live in fear of zealots, who would blow me and my Pentons away (71 to 81)
