I am rebuilding a 75 250 and need some instructions on assembly/disassembly of the motor. Please help.

Do you have a shop manual? If not, you really need to get one first, review the appropriate steps, then get on with it. I'm sure you'll get tons of help on this forum if you ask specific questions about particular sub-assemblies or processes. Do a "search" of the Penton Forum for 'manuals' or 'shop manuals' and you'll turn up several options. Good on 'ya...
