The Consumer Product Safety Commission has banned all motorcycles and ATV's for children from 12 years and under, and this issue is definitely going to hurt the motorcycle industry.

This link, posted by RacerX on their Web site, gives motorcycle people information on how to contact the various organizations, to request that they exclude the machinery from the CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act), so our industry can go back to selling their products an allow kids to ride their "toys".

I know that our organization is not involved in the mini world, but this issue will definitely affect our industry, and so I'm hoping that people on our site, will take effect on this site:

Don't think that others are immune to this.  I understand some bicycles under 26" are in the "don't sell to kids class" too.
