I have a 1974.5 KTM/Penton Jackpiner ISDT enduro trim in the final stages of  being restored. Watermelon tank, complete motor rebuild by penton member , excel rims, HD Buchanan spokes,  marzoogie shocks rebuilt restored by penton member. Can be finished to new owners specs. Race friendly or original show. Can post pics if interested.

 Guest of honor at The Marty Tripes vintage Days will be the "Flyin Hawaiian" Big John DeSoto. It will also be DeSoto's 64th birthday Luau Saturday night, bring your hawaiian shirt.
Lots of old pro's will be in attendance for the Carlsbad race track reunion.
 For a long weekend we are going back to the 1970's.. I for one am ready to to leave the present for a bit and go back to a time of no worries:-)

WOW, I was expecting some over the top, wild works machine,the way this little Penton beats 250cc and 400cc bike in the woods?
 Does not look that dangerous to me! Maybe it's the rider that's dangerous! IMHO....

Patrick Johnson's Kawasaki is not a orig factory, but does have some works parts on it and it has been sleeved down to a 100cc.
 Patrick found the person in Japan that had the orignal mold for the fiberglass gas tank.
 The bike is what the Marty Tripes 100 works revenge is all about.

 That is great news. I had planned on racing the Catalina grand prix last year, but broke my shoulder racing. I was sure it was a one time deal and I had missed my chance.
 Let me know if The Catalina Grand Prix is on your bucket list. I have a few spare Pentons that could use some Island breeze.......
