What is the hot set-up (and be AHRMA legal)for replacement rear shocks for my 75 250.I  see a lot of bikes with Works Performance shocks. Any ideas? What length is kosher? Thanks!

 

I am restoring a 75 250. Where can I get new steering head bearings and needle bearings for my swingarm? What is the correct size and race if I go to a bearing supply house?
