I'm looking for some info on the following
steel tank I found at a salvage yard in St.Louis. It is painted just like the steel tank 125, except the color is a metallic blue. It is not a repaint, but factory. On
the tank, below the gas cap, there is a decal
that says ISDT, Italy 1968. John Penton-Ohio,
Tom Penton-Ohio, Dave Mungenast-Missouri,
LeRoy Winters-Arkansas. Is this some kind of
commemorative or a "take off from a six days
bike. The tank was on a machine at some time
as evidenced by the wear around the mounting
tabs. Any info is appreciated. I can e-mail

'72 CMF Penton 100cc and 1977 Penton 100cc
for sale. $500.00 for both. '72 in MX trim
with small tank, ran when put away. The '77
has to be one of the last of the Sachs engines with high breather frame, 35mm forks
and tall seat. Engine is stuck, where I don't
