Penton Talk / ISDTRR Big Success
October 13, 2009, 08:36:58 PM
I would like to thank the Great memebers of the Penton Owners Group for their usual caring and giving to make everyones experience at the ISDTRR wonderful. Paul you are a good leader in the club and the woods. Although I couldn't hang with you through out the test section, it was fun while it lasted.  Karl, it was a delite to share the time slot with you.  Kip you are my hero .. Thank You for saving my weekend with your spare coil. That coil gave my 125 six days spunk I haven't seen in years. And thanks to many riders who stopped to ask if I needed help when my bike quit 2 miles from the days end.

Hello Paul the Mickevicius Boys have entered and are looking forward to the ride.  You mentioned that the Saturday run doesn't loop, will we need to ride the road back to the fair grounds or have transportation ready at the end?

I'm not sure of the number however, when I purchased my UNI Filter it had the cage and filter element together.  Larry Perkins can also help you out.

Thanks for the warning.  It is always hard to make a deal without the tangable item in person to inspect.  However I have found buying from fellow pog members is a much more confident experience. The folks I have met aren't just out to make a quick buck.

Let me know when you have a better idea of your inventory. I am trying to polish my six dayer with fresher parts.

If anyone is in need of a room for this weekend we have an extra room that we will be canceling the reservation on.  This room is at the La Quinta in Manfield (right off the intrestate) great location if you are running between Ashland and Mid Ohio.  Just let me know (e-mail [email protected]) if you need the room. If no takers than we will cancel it.  Just thought it might help someone who was late at getting a reservation in earlier this year.

Looking forward to see the group in "Pentonville"!

I would like to Thank Al & Dale for the Hospitality they extended to all us fellow POG members. This adds more proof that our POG group is more than just a club. I really enjoyed the "Tales from the Trails" that we all shared with one another. I would like to give a special THANKS to John Penton for starting this PENTON thing many years ago.
