This is not Penton related but this same short reach plug.  Can I use it in my 78' 125CR Husky?  What other heat ranges are there for this type plug?  What other mfg's offer a short reach plug?

Don, I don't know if this would work.  I have an exhaust pipe and Skyway silencer off of a 72' Rupp 125MX.  It runs through the double cradle, over the top of the engine along the left side of the frame (shift side).  The rear mounting tab is broke, but I have it, so if you are a good welder or know of one.

Would this be similar on a Husky?  I have a 74' 250 WR with a FEMSA coil.  My bike is doing the exact same thing.  Starts up first kick runs great for 10-15 min. Then loads up and quits then I can't restart.  It acts like it is fouled.

What material is used in repacking a silencer?

 

Well it didn't sell on ebay.  This is a 6 speed Sachs B engine.  Its on its 2nd overbore.  The bike is in great shape. The previous owner put lights on it.  Only problem is rear mount for exhaust pipe is broke but I have the piece and the pipe is being held by a hose clamp at the rear.  $500 plus shipping if not picked up.  Email me for pics.  I am located in Mt.
