If memory serves, I believe the first Penda was built in late 1974 by FMF. The swingarm was aluiminum.

A few more Penda pictures.......
1st picture is Dave Miller with an early Penda most likely at OCIR night mx
2nd picture is Norm Bigalows Penda at Perris Raceway, Ca. The build was started by Rick Ashe (Factory Kawasaki motor builder) and completed by Norm
The 3rd picture is of me practicing during the week at Indian Dunes in 1975
4th picture is a project!
