It doesn't appear to have dual coil mounts.  It's a 1975 model frame with a centerstand, and I will be taking pictures of the markings.  The previousl owner also has pictures from prior to the engine rebuild and disassembly. It does  have a Japanese bike style tool box mounted to the front of the frame, has a loop of chain on the extra lower shock mounting holes and a custom switch for the lighting/wiring mounted on the left side just near the seat, of which part seems to have been run though fuel hose or something similar.

Cast iron or aluminum cylinder? Cast iron does not have a liner. The aluminum should be able to press it out with heat. The liner needs to be frozen the cylinder heated to replace.

Hi Dave, I saw those listed on evil bay earlier :) EBay is getting a bit ridiculous with their fee structure so I thought I'd see what's available elsewhere first. Thought that I'd see if any of our POG friends had spares that they wanted to part with, Al has been sold out on these. They are the standard length aluminum engine braces. I'll measure them up tomorrow and post.
Thanks - Cal

Cal,
Look at eBay item # 305528823429 which appears to be the correct brace with stud and cone shaped nut for the left side. I'll keep looking for the right side. What is the length Ctr to Ctr for the right brace ?

I will again be riding in this year's event being held in Poland starting August 5th.  I will be part of the club team "Team USA Club" riding my 1977 175 GS-6.  The total US will have a total of four teams competing this year.  My bike prep is well underway, as is my fitness program.  I am looking forward to racing there, and seeing many of the people I met last year.  I will keep everyone posted along the way.
