100cc Cross Country class

To AHRMA:

  The purpose of this email is to state our support for the 100cc class in Cross Country.  We built a 100cc bike to race VMX this year and will also race at the Reunion Ride at Zink this year.  Everyone associated with this new class is having a blast.  Even those that are racing other classes have voiced their strong support for the 100s.  It is a huge success.  The same thing will occur in Cross Country if this historically significant class becomes part of AHRMA.

   My son and I have really enjoyed ourselves participating in AHRMA events in both VMX and CC.  I hope the Board will carefully consider the views and desires of the membership, especially those of us who show up and race.  I would suggest that the Board delay any final decision until after the Reunion Ride at Zink.  Zink can be used as a measure of participation in the 100cc Cross Country class.  Please forward our views to the Board.
