I don't mean to jump in when Larry has already answered your question, but please remember to send your banquet reservations to the Enduro Riders Association, not AHRMA.  This link is for the banquet reservation form

I was asked the other evening if there is room enough at the banquet facility for extra guests, the answer is yes.  There is room for 500 people.
