Wanted - Jackpiner Kickstarter Shaft

Kip is in the process of rebuilding my 1974.5 Jackpiner and it is in need of a kickstarter shaft.  Does anyone have one that they are willing to sell?  As a second choice, does anyone have a remedy for fixing the splines because i am not inclined to welding the kickstarter to the shaft?
