David Lahey?

Does anyone remember a Penton rider by the name of David Lahey? He was from Kansas and raced during the early to mid 70s. If I recall correctly (which I usually don't), he was the number 1 plate holder in Kansas. I believe he was sponsored by a Penton dealer out of Garden City.
