76-77 KTM 250 for sale $600.00

I just got a call from Steve 760-508-3149 (SoCal) and he has a 76-77 KTM 250 for sale, Not a Penton (?) what ever that means.  He wants $600.00 for it, might be able to offer less.  I really wanted it, but momma says no. "8 is enough!"  I haven't seen the bike and he says it needs a piston and rings, but the cylinder is good and everything is there.(No lights)  I wanted to put this info out before it hits craigslist.  I asked steve for his permission to post this and pass on his number.  He is gonna send me pics tomorrow night and I could drive to Victorville to look at it if anybody is interested.  I bought my 79 KTM 250 from his friend for $400.00 and with about another $400 put into it, it runs fantastic,  Tank still looks like crap, gotta paint the one I got from Mike.  Thats another story anyways  FYI.

Bike is in Victorville around 40 miles from Barstow.  I don't know if he still has the bike.  Steve is gonna call me if he does sell it.  I posted his Phone # up top,  Give him a Call.  I noticed it was posted on Craigslist Inland Empire.
