Don't let the Brit-reference throw you off, folks.  This is a great, little any-make vintage bike event.  Held at the Ohio Valley BSA Owners Club's beautiful park-setting campgrounds just north of Steubenville, Ohio, this is an event worth attending.  There is a dandy little swap meet, bike shows, field events, vintage trials, tons and tons of really cool old bikes of every type and vintage, and best of all - an excellent vintage-friendly Dual-Sport run, referred to by the BSA folks as the famed "Reliability Run".  This is such an easy and laid-back event.  Admission is a whopping five bucks.  A few more bucks to camp or ride an event, but all in all a screaming deal.  Beautiful scenery, clear-running creek right through the campgrounds, food vendors, and lots of friendly folks.  Who could ask for more?  Ah, but the absolute best part is the Reliability Run.  Slap a plate on your legal-looking Penton or other Enduro-type machine and come out and ride what is without a doubt one of the best, most fun, scenic, and just plain aces rides anywhere.  You will cruise up and down some of the best, twisty, windy, hilly and fun back roads in all of the USA, interspersed with most excellent trail sections.  Lots of creek crossings, hills, and terrific woods trails, with an excellent balance of challenge, yet vintage-friendly.  Put your I'm-not-really-legal fears to rest and bring whatever bike you've got, which "looks" street-y legal.  Organizer of the RR & BSA club pres Clark Francy is on a first name basis with everyone within a three county area of the BSA clubgrounds, including the law-enforcement types.  Watch your p's & q's when you're on the road sections of course, but I've yet to hear of anyone having a problem bopping around on the run.  So, there it is.  Get yourself over to Toronto, Ohio next weekend.  You'll have a good time!
