John,

Happy Birthday to a guy who really deserves all the praise to bring the Penton M.C. into our lives, which we all still enjoy today as we relive our youth.  If it wasn't your contribution to the motorcycle industry we would not have this M.C. club as we have today which is the P O G.

Good Health and many many good healthy years with respect,

Jake and Ginny Fischer    HAPPY BIRTHDAY...

PS: I agree with your chain saw method, who wants to change a chain when you are out in the field working!

Happy Birthday Mr Penton. Although not a motorcycle person, my wife attended and enjoyed the 40/10 anniversary weekend. She still comments on your enthusiasm, excitement, and general good will to everyone in attendance. Keep it up--it's catching. Thanks for everything.

Happy Birthday John. I agree that through your vision and dedication to building an excellent motorcycle, we are all kids again, and will remain young even when we are too old to ride and can only look longingly at the fruits of our labor of love. Wishing you many more years of youth! Mike

John, best wishes on your belated 85th birthday.  I still thumb my way through our old Penton pictures and grasp for so many of the memories long forgotten.  You are truely someone who is an old school role model as an innovator, businessman, person, and just an all around pleasure to be associated with.  May you enjoy many more!
