workshop question

I know this doesn't apply to Pentons, but what are you guys using to bend pipes for four-strokes, which typically run 1 1/4", slightly smaller than the dies most muffler shops are equipped with.  

I have considered investing in a little hydraulic pipe bender from Harbor Freight, but that doesn't address the need the "swedge" the pipe ends.

Any suggestions?

Talk to a muffler shop, we have one here who makes all kinds of pipes for carts, bikes, hot rods, etc.  Bet you have one over there that can do the same.
