1974 Penton Mint 400 (basket case)

I have most of a '74.5 Mint 400.  I bought from a POG member with the intention of building but I have not had the time to touch it yet.  I have another vintage bike and I think two is too many.  I hate to see either go but I just don't have the time, room, or money for both.

I've attached a link to my photobucket album with pics of everything I have. Basically I'm just missing, wheels, fenders, brakes, bars, and hand controls.

I have a number / price in mind that I'd like to get for it but at this point I'd like to hear your offers and interest. Just an FYI, I am not interested in parting out the bike.  I want to sell all of it to someone who will build it into a running machine.
